A registration confirmation will be e-mailed to all registered attendees. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks, please contact specialcollections@ucr.edu to confirm your registration status.
Registration cancellations must be made in writing, and emailed or faxed by no later than April 14, 2008. Cancelled registrations will be refunded, minus a $20 processing fee. Refund requests received after April 14th will not be honored. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
If you have a physical or communication need that may affect your participation in conference activities, please contact specialcollections@ucr.edu or fax your request to 951-827-4673. We cannot ensure the availability of appropriate accommodations without prior notification of need.
Boxed lunches will be available on Friday and Saturday, at $15 each. Please select your lunch choice of Roast Beef, Chicken or Vegetarian by checking the appropriate box on the registration form. The lunches must be ordered by May 5.

When telephoning for reservations, be sure to identify yourself as an Eaton Conference participant. You are strongly encouraged to book hotel reservations as early as possible. Transportation between the hotels and the UCR campus will be provided.
If you wish to park on campus, the cost is $8.00 on Friday and $5.00 per day on Saturday and Sunday. A three-day parking pass can be purchased parking kiosk for $15.00. Permits can be purchased onsite at the Information Kiosks located at University Avenue/West Campus Drive and Canyon Crest Drive/Martin Luther King Blvd.
